The Role

You'll be at the centre of the clinical flow — supporting practitioners, caring for patients, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your days will include:

Chairside assisting across a range of procedures
Preparing and maintaining instruments and equipment
Managing efficient, compliant clinical changeovers
Taking and processing X-rays (if licensed)
Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
Assisting with clinical notes and patient records
Keeping the day moving calmly and efficiently

About You

You're someone who takes pride in your work and genuinely cares about the experience you create for patients.

You will likely have:
Experience working as a Dental Assistant
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred, not essential)

But more importantly, you are:
Warm, professional, and patient-focused
A clear and confident communicator
Calm under pressure and adaptable
Detail-oriented and clinically aware
A true team player who steps in when needed
Someone who notices what needs to be done — and does it
