What You'll Be Doing

As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Team leadership and staff support
• Rostering and workforce coordination
• Patient journey and service excellence
• Treatment plan and patient finance discussions
• Recall and appointment management
• Accounts processing and daily banking
• Reporting and operational oversight
• Process improvement and implementation
• Supporting a positive, engaged workplace culture

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible, approachable and actively involved in the success of the practice.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced dental professional with strong leadership capability and a genuine passion for people.

You'll likely bring:

• Minimum 5 years' Australian dental experience
• Previous Practice Manager, Senior Reception, Treatment Coordinator or leadership experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence managing multiple priorities
• A calm, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to build trust with patients and team members alike

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
