The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and an upcoming maternity leave, we are seeking an experienced Dental Technician or Ceramist to join the team.

Full-time is preferred, however part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality work, thrives in a busy laboratory environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes for clinicians and patients alike.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your skills and experience, responsibilities may include:

• Ceramic layering and finishing
• Stain and glaze procedures
• Crown and bridge restorations
• Case assessment and quality control
• Working closely with technicians, ceramists and laboratory leadership
• Delivering consistently high standards of workmanship
• Contributing to workflow improvements and laboratory efficiencies
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all cases

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Dental Technician Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience within a dental laboratory
• Strong ceramic and restorative skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A quality-first mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
• A genuine desire to continue learning and developing your craft
