Dentist
Job Description:
ASSOCIATE DENTIST
Full-Time Opportunity | Regional NSW
Salary or 40% Commission | Bonuses & Incentives | Future Partnership Potential
Some Opportunities Pay You Well.
The Right Opportunity Changes Your Future.
If you're an Associate Dentist who is simply looking for another job, this role may not be for you.
If you're looking for a practice where you can grow professionally, build meaningful patient relationships, increase your earning potential, and potentially become a future business partner, keep reading.
An exciting opportunity has become available within a modern, privately owned dental practice located in one of Regional NSW's fastest-growing communities.
This position has become available due to the departure of an existing clinician, creating an opportunity for the right Dentist to step into an established patient base and become an integral part of the practice's next chapter.
Why Dentists Are Interested In This Opportunity
Many Associate Dentists reach a point where they feel professionally stagnant.
The dentistry is repetitive.
The growth opportunities are limited.
Decisions are made above them rather than with them.
And despite their contribution to the business, there is often little opportunity to influence the future direction of the practice.
This opportunity offers something different.
You will be joining an ambitious owner-operated practice that actively invests in its people and believes in creating career pathways, not just filling clinical schedules.
For the right person, there is genuine potential to explore future partnership opportunities and become involved in the long-term growth of the business.
The Practice
Established in 2018, this modern four-room practice has built a strong reputation for patient care and continues to experience significant growth.
The practice currently operates with two active surgeries and has additional capacity ready for future expansion.
Supported by an experienced team of Dental Assistants, Receptionists, Oral Health Therapists and Practice Leadership, you'll be joining a collaborative environment where patient outcomes, professional standards and team culture matter.
The clinical scope currently focuses on comprehensive general dentistry, with flexibility for the successful candidate to further develop services aligned with their interests and expertise.
What's In It For You?
This position has been designed to attract a Dentist who is looking for more than just a percentage split.
The successful candidate can choose between a full-time salary package or a 40% commission arrangement, allowing flexibility depending on individual career goals.
In addition, performance bonuses and incentive programs are available.
Professional development is strongly encouraged and supported, with ongoing opportunities to expand your skills, increase your scope and continue progressing your career.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an owner who values initiative, supports growth and wants to see their team succeed.
Who Will Thrive Here?
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys dentistry and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
You are clinically confident, communicate naturally with patients and understand that trust and relationships are just as important as technical skill.
You enjoy working as part of a team, are motivated by personal growth and see every day as an opportunity to become a better clinician than you were yesterday.
This role would particularly suit a Dentist with at least two years of clinical experience who is looking to take the next meaningful step in their career.
Dentists with five or more years of experience will be highly regarded.
Overseas Trained Dentists Welcome
Applications are welcomed from overseas-trained Dentists who hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must already have full working rights within Australia.
Why Regional NSW?
While many clinicians are competing for opportunities in metropolitan areas, Regional NSW continues to offer something increasingly rare:
Career growth.
Community connection.
Lifestyle balance.
And the ability to become a recognised and respected clinician within a rapidly expanding patient base.
This region is forecast for significant population growth over the coming years, creating exceptional long-term opportunities for the successful Dentist.
The Bottom Line
If you're looking for a practice where your contribution will be recognised, your development supported and your future genuinely considered, we'd love to hear from you.
This isn't simply an Associate Dentist position.
It's an opportunity to build something meaningful.
And perhaps, one day, own part of it.
